Booth 149

Booth 149, originally uploaded by Tim Noonan.

My booth at the Outdoor Sale and Show in Trinity Bellwoods Park. I sold 10 pieces, 6 of which were digital photo manipulation prints. All the works fit into that nifty bin in the corner! I could almost take it on the TTC with me, fortunately Claude transported me to and fro!

5th Annual Queen Street Art Crawl

Yes, I'm participating. I have a booth in the Trinity Bellwoods Outdoor Show and Sale, blue2-149 near the tennis courts.
I'm excited, and my small works are completely affordable! I have watercolours, acrylics and oils. Many of which have been sampled in my summer posts here and then some. I hope that you can make it!

Tim Noonan Outdoor Art Sale and Show

I will be exhibiting small paintings and watercolours in the Outdoor Art Sale and Show in Trinity Bellwoods Park on September 15 and 16 as part of the Queen West Art Crawl. I have rented a tent to display my work, so I'm hopeful that it will be successful. Also I will have an 8ft. canvas on display on the 2nd floor of the Gladstone Hotel. See you there!

Oil box: progress wall

Oil box: progress wall, originally uploaded by Tim Noonan.

Oil paintings on masonite in progress are mounted on the a-frame in my studio. Oil painting is slow as the paint takes days to dry. I take my time studying the pieces, modifying a bit here and there. As the series progresses, I'm feeling that less is more, so I'm starting to really like the minimal approach as in the red branches, 2nd from top left. I'll post a shot of it and others in a few days. Photographic resources are visible.
