"A composer with synesthesia sees specific colors when he hears music in different musical keys: G minor, for instance, is not just “yellow” but “ocher”; D minor is “like flint, graphite”; and F minor is “earthy, ashy".
Probably being in the zone is good for painters as well.

A look at some pieces that I'm currently working on. The forms are beginning to emerge out of the underpainting action. I will work on these for a few more sessions. Shapes and colours will be born and simultaneously buried during the layered painting process. I will probably re-staple them horizontally to alter my view to landscape interpretation.
