It's tomato season. Tuffy P. and Mr. Anchovy gave me some big tomatoes from their garden. Here's what to do: Triple decker toasted tomato, tuna and cheddar cheese sandwich. Gazpacho cold tomato, onion, green pepper, carrot and red vinegar blended fresh soup. Tomato, avocado, peach and red leaf lettuce salad with toast. Yum!
